Florida Woman Used AR-15 Weapon to Shoot Rihanna’s Home

We now have more details about the shooting at Rihanna's home on March 8. A Florida woman named Ivanna Ortiz used an AR-15-style gun to shoot several times at Rihanna's home from inside her car, the Los Angeles Times reports. One of the bullets went through the walls of Rihanna's house. Los Angeles police reported no injuries and Ortiz is currently being held on $10.2 million bail. “When they stopped the suspect and took her into custody, they searched the vehicle and located an assault rifle and seven shell casings,” LAPD spokesman Armen Arias told the Times. There is no reason for the attack, but Ortiz posted about the singer several times last month. He tagged the singer in a post he wrote that read, "tell me something directly instead of sneaking around like you're talking to me where I'm not." Ortiz has been arrested several times in Florida in the past, including for bankruptcy, suspicion of reckless driving, and suspicion of domestic violence and assault.
